We have reviewed the staff report for Hill's Century Farm Subdivision No. 3 and concur with the
recommended conditions of approval. Please note for the record, however, that alternative compliance may
be required for Condition &—specifically for Lot 15, Block 8; but that need has not yet been determined.
Thus, I request that you place the plat on the City Council's July 21" consent agenda. I will attend the meeting
to respond to Council questions, if any.
