RE: MDA-15-007 HILL’S CENTURY FARM SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced development
agreement amendment application for the Hill’s Century Farm Subdivision south of Amity on
Eagle Road that is east of SH-69.
ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
