Since the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing on July 2, 2015, the applicant submitted a revised site
plan (attached) as required in the staff report. The revised plan only depicts one access via N.W. I" Street
and a stacking lane for the drive-through that is less than 100' in length. The revised plan is not included in
the Commission recommendation to City Council document as the Commission did not review this plan.
Staff approves of the revisions made to the plan and recommends conditions 91.1.4b and #1.1.4c noted in
Exhibit B of the staff report are removed as the plan now complies with those requirements.
