Bill Parsons and Planning and Zoning Commissioners,
I am on the Tuscany Home Owners Association, and met with Jim Conger regarding the Sovi Subdivision.
Per our conversation, he mentioned that the Sovi Subdivision needs to cross on the Tuscany Home
Owners Associations property for utilities connections and fire access. These connections will take place
at the entrance to our subdivision. The plans submitted tonight do not show these connections or what
is being proposed. We would like a condition to give the Tuscany Home Owners Association a chance to
review and approve the plans specific to our property prior to the work on our property and approve
the construction once it is complete. This way we can make sure that the proposed improvement on
our property meets our landscaping standards and keeps the entrance appealing.
