NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications AZ 15-007 by DevCo, LLC for
Annexation of 5 acres of land from the RUT zoning district in Ada
County to the R-15 Zoning District; PP 15-010 for Preliminary Plat
for 36 single family residential lots & 7 common lots on
approximately 5 acres in a proposed R-15 zoning district for Sovi
Subdivision located 3515 S. Eagle Road
