BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER,
MILAM, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE EXISTING PUBLIC
UTILITIES, DRAINAGE AND IRRIGATION EASEMENTS ON THE PORTION OF
THE SITE THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY PLATTED WITH ZALDIEN ZERUA
SUBDIVISION. SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 3405, 3497, AND 3801 E.
ZALDIA LANE, IN THE SW !/40F SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1
EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on June 23, 2015 the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on the
vacation of a portion of the existing public utilities, drainage, and irrigation easements on the
portion of the site that was previously platted with Zaldien Zerua Subdivision.
WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 3405, 3497, and 3801 E. Zaldia Lane, in
the SW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 1 East Boise Meridian, City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That a portion of the existing public utilities, drainage, and irrigation
easements on the portion of the site that was previously platted with Zaldien Zerua Subdivision
located at 3405, 3497, and 3801 E. Zaldia Lane, in the SW '/4 of Section 28, Township 3
North, Range 1 East Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
