NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at
6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2015 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application CUP 15-012 by
Chad Olsen for Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family
development consisting of 31 residential units on 2.75 acres
of land in a C-G for Verraso located 3491, 3495, 3565 &
3567 Modelo Lane
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642
