NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at
6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2015 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application PP 15-009 by C4
Investments, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval consisting
of 8 building lots and 2 common/other lots on 3.87 acres of
land in the R-4 zoning district for Kentucky Villas located
835 W. Victory Road.

listed on this notification.
STATEMENT OF PROPERTY OF POSTING
In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process, On June 22, 2015, the City of Meridian
Planning & Zoning Hearing Notice sign was posted for the Kentucky Villa Project. One sign was posted
along Victory Road.
