NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City
of Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33
E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
July 7, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the applications AZ 15-005 by Steve Arnold for Annexation
and Zoning of 10.26 acres of land with an R-40 zoning
District; Preliminary Plat approval of 35 building lots & 6
common lots on 9.22 acres of land in the R-40 zoning district;
and CUP 15-009 for Conditional Use Permit approval for a
multi-family development in the R-40 district of 140 dwelling
units for Stonesthrow generally located approximately 1/4
mile south of E. Fairview Avenue & west side of N. Mount
Hood Avenue
