NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City
of Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33
E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
July 7, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the applications RZ 15-008 by Avebury Development, LLC
for Rezone of 3 acres of land from the L-O zoning district to
the R-15 zoning district & PP 15-007 for Preliminary Plat
approval consisting of 15 single family residential lots & 5
common lots on approximately 3 acres in a proposed R-15
zoning district for Avebury Subdivision generally located
north side of E. Pine Avenue, west of N. Locust Grove Road
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642
