Dear Ms.. Waters,
We are in receipt of the Staff Report for the above referenced project and request the
following for consideration
Section IX , A..,1., Waterways, indicates there is an irrigation ditch crossing the property..
There is no irrigation ditch that crosses the property and we respectfully request this be changed
to indicate as such..
Section IX., A., 2., Private Streets, item, A.., 4.., c, states that the proposed development
shall provide unrestricted access to pedestrians and that a pedestrian pathway stub within a
common lot to the property to the east for future connection and interconnectivity Ada County
Highway District (ACRD) plans a roundabout at the intersection of W. Victory Road and S.
Stoddard Road which is located at the Northeast corner of the property. This roundabout is
designed to provide connection and interconnectivity to the property to the east With pedestrian
connection from Kentucky Villas to the sidewalk along W. Victory Road, sufficient access is
provided as it is only 300 feet or less and request this requirement be deleted..
Thank you for your consideration on this matter, please contact me with any questions at
208-713-2527.
Sincerely,
D. n
