RE: AZ 15-007 AND PP 15-010 SOVI SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application for the
annexation, zoning and preliminary plat of 5 acres of land for the Sovi Subdivision located at
3515 S. Eagle Road east of SH-69. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project and does not require any mitigation.
2. State Highway 69 has sufficient capacity to accommodate site generated trips.
3. This project does not abut the State highway system.
