Sorry, I'm sending this so late. I just received it. Here is the plan showing the patio. It is actually 81 (4.5 X 18)
square feet of private space per dwelling. I labeled it "Typical" as you suggested. I am resending the small
sheet with all of the various elevations and relabeled them. Instead of 1-0 it now says 1-office. It is unique
because it is the only elevation that doesn't get repeated. It was challenging to make the office blend in with the
other dwelling units, but still make it an office while being attached to a dwelling unit. I thought it turned out
awesome and blended well. I am also sending a floor plan of that office which displays the storage, community
room (comm.), office, and shop square footages. I also have sent elevations of the office in a larger format. The
only thing left (I think) is the landscape plan by the landscape architect. Thanks for all your help. Feel free to
