We have reviewed staff comments for the Meridian City Council meeting of June 23, 2015, and
have the following responses:

applicant's desire to install the entire street buffer along Linder Road with
construction of the collector roadway entrance at Kodiak Drive. The entire length of
the arterial buffer is 1,643 linear feet and the portion of buffer adjacent to Phase 2 is
573 linear feet. We believe installation of the entire buffer with the future phase
would be more cost effective.
