We purchased this house partly because of the beautiful view of the mountains behind our house, and our subdivision has strict CC&Rs restricting the height of houses so that views are preserved. If two story houses are built behind our house, the only view we will have is of two story houses. We know that the new subdivision is now approved and will be built, but we sincerely request and urge the builder that single story houses near the canal directly behind our house be built instead of two story houses so that our view is not destroyed. Attached are photos of the location of our lot in Reflection Ridge and its relationship to the new subdivision. The joy and inspiration we receive from sitting on our patio and looking at the hills can never be replaced. Please consider and honor our request. Thank you for your consideration.
