RE: PP-15-009 KENTUCKY VILLAS SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced preliminary plat application for the
Kentucky Villas Subdivision at 835 W. Victory Road west of SH-69 (Meridian Road). ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this project. SH-69 has sufficient capacity to handle the traffic increase from this
development.
2. No access to the State Highway System is requested and none is approved with this application.
