Subject: Normandy Sub PP-15-008 Recs for June 23rd CC Mtg
Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed preliminary
plat for Normandy Subdivision. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on June 23rd. The public
hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
