RE: FP-15-019 OAK LEAF SUBDIVISION NO. 2
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced final plat application for Oak Leaf
Subdivision No. 2 located north of N Tree Haven Way and west of N Moon Drummer Way north of US-
20/26. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. No access to the State highway system is requested and none is approved with this application.
3. The approach located ¼ mile west of N. Tree Farm Way was to be vacated and removed with the
construction of this subdivision. This approach is still in place. ITD is requesting a time frame for
the vacation and removal of this approach. A permit is required before any work is started within the
State right-of-way. An application can be sent to Shona Tonkin.
4. The City is reminded that the U.S. 20/26 Corridor is already congested. This project will increase the
number of vehicle trips in the corridor. ITD has no current funding assigned to widen U.S. 20/26.
