RE: CUP15-011 CFT RETAIL DRIVE-THROUGH BLDG A
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced conditional use and
alternative compliance application for the CFT Retail Drive-Through Bldg A on the northwest
corner of Ten Mile Rd. and W. McMillan Rd north of US-20/26. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation.
2. No access to the State Highway system is requested and none is approved with this
application.
3. ITD has comprehensive rules governing outdoor advertising (IDAPA 39.03.60).
4. The City is reminded that the US-20/26 Corridor is already congested. This project will
increase the number of vehicle trips in the corridor. ITD has no current funding assigned to
widen US-20/26.
