Final Order of Conditional Approval - CCIT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted approval of a reduced landscape buffer width of
ten (10) feet along the west property boundary adjacent to the residential uses with a 20.5 to 22 -
foot wide driveway, a 3.73 to 5.23 -foot wide landscape strip, and an eight -foot tall solid vinyl
fence. The eight -foot tall fence shall be required adjacent to the portion of the west boundary
where the reduced buffer is located.
