The area to the North and Northwest corner is currently a concrete pad. The easement on my Eastside is 10 feet and I would like permission to build 5 feet into the easement. There is a total of a 20 foot easement when you add my 10 feet and the neighbors 10 feet of easement. I have relinquished letters from all applicable parties, including CenturyLink, Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, CableOne and Meridian Irrigation. All of these utility companies come into the front of my lot, except irrigation, which is on the other side of my East fence. Previously, there was a 12X10 StoreMor shed in this Eastside spot, which I have removed. All neighbors that would see the proposed 12X24 shed do not have any concerns and are fine with me building a bigger storage shed. The proposed shed would be the same siding and color of paint as my home. Within our subdivision, there are other homeowners that have sheds that are the same size as the proposed shed and they have a 5 foot easement. Thank you for your time and consideration.
