RE: VAC-15-006 SHELBURNE SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced vacation application for the
Shelburne Subdivision located at 3405, 3497, & 3801 E. Zaldia Lane east of SH-69. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
3. State Highway 69 has sufficient capacity to accommodate site generated trips.
