Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the final plat application for Paramount Square Subdivision a commercial project with
twenty (20) commercial parcels (Lots 1-6, Block 1, and Lots 1-14, Block 2) and one (1) multi -family
parcel (Lot 1, Block 3). It is anticipated that some of the twenty commercial parcels will be
consolidated through site development design proposals.
The area, the multi-family/commercial corner of the original Paramount project is located at the
intersection of McMillan and Meridian Roads and was the subject of the recently -approved
Paramount Southeast rezoning, conditional use permit, and preliminary plat applications (below).
One item of note concerning perimeter landscape buffers: The 25 -foot arterial landscape buffers
along McMillan and Meridian Roads will be constructed as project improvements, whereas, the
interior collector and commercial landscape buffers will be constructed as site improvements
associated with the apartment project on Lot 1, Block 3, and during construction of individual retail
projects on the remainder as final parcel configurations are determined.
Statement of Conformance
The final plat is in full conformance with: (1) The uses and layout approved by the preliminary
plat; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3) acceptable engineering and
surveying practices, and local standards.

July 2013 for Paramount Subdivision. This reports indicates that no
groundwater was present 15 feet below existing ground.
Based on this information, please accept this letter as certification that

present any issues developing this property. Furthermore, all centerlines of
