The property is located cast of Linder Road and south of Overland Road. The subject parcel adjoins the south and west boundary of Fall Creek No. 1. The second phase will connect to Grayling Way and extend Bear Track Drive. Fall Creek Subdivision No. 2 has lots ranging in size from 8,610 square feet to 15,761 square feet with an average lot size of 10,466 square feet. The gross density of the project is 3.12 units per acre with a net density of 3.87 units per acre. The existing home located on Linder Road has been purchased by Bear Creek West Development, LLC.
