Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-reference,I
application AP 15-002.
However NMID requested a Land Use Change Application (March 15, 2015) be submitted for
this project. As of this date NMID has yet to receive one.
NMID's Five Mile Drain crosses through the southwest corner of this project. The easement
for the drain in this area is sixty feet (60'); thirty feet (30') each side from centerline. This
easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed Lic:nse Agreement
and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
