A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:04 p.m., Tuesday, May
5, 2015, by Mayor De Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Genesis Milam, Joe
Borton, and Keith Bird.
Absent: Luke Cavener (arrived at 5:10 p.m.)
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman.

De Weerd: Item No. 3 is adoption of the agenda.
Rountree: I move we adopt the agenda.
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as stated. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.

Bird: I move we go into Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(f).
