BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD,BORTON, CAVENER,
MILAM, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE 5-FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT THAT LIES ACROSS LOTS 2-5, BLOCK 8, REFLECTION RIDGE
SUBDIVISION NO. 3 LOCATED APPROXIMATELY '/2 MILE SOUTH OF E.
VICTORY ROAD AND '/2 MILE WEST OF S. LOCUST GROVE ROAD IN SECTION
30, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF
MERIDIAN,ADA COUNTY,IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2015 the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on the
vacation of the 5-foot wide public utility easement that lies across Lot 2-5, Block 8 of
Reflection Ridge Subdivision No. 3 located approximately V2 mile South of E. Victory Road
and V2 mile West of S. Locust Grove Road in Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 1 East,
Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the 5-foot wide public utility easement that lies across Lot 2-5, Block
8 of Reflection Ridge Subdivision No. 3 located approximately I/2 mile South of E. Victory
Road and %2 mile West of S. Locust Grove Road in Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 1
East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, is hereby vacated. A copy of the
necessary relinquishment is attached as Exhibit"A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
