RE: Request for approval of revisions to Development Application Checklists

Per UDC 11-5A-3B2, the Planning Division of the Community Development Department is
requesting approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission to revise certain development
application checklists. Specifically, Staff is proposing to modify the final plat, short plat and
annexation/rezone checklists to further clarify the required items needed with an application
submittal. Attached are the copies of proposed strike -out and underline versions of the proposed
revisions to the checklists.
