application.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.

The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced commercial use application for the White
Water Saloon located at 1646 N. Meridian Rd. west of SH-55. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the requested application. The project does not generate any more trips than
anticipated under the Comprehensive Plan and this site does not require access to the State Highway
System.
