The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced vacation application
for public utility easement in lots 2-5, Block 8 of the Reflection Ridge Subdivision No. 3 south
of Victory and West of Locust Grove that is east of SH-69.
ITD has the following comments:

The Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to the vacation of the utility
easement that lies across Lots 2-5 Block 8 as there are no project facilities located there.
Whereas this development is in its preliminary stages, Boise Project Board of Control
reserves the right to review plans and require changes when our easements and/or
facilities are affected by unknown factors.
