Narrative
This narrative is intended to fulfill the requirement for CUP Application for the Cityy of
Meridian Planning Division. The proposed project is located at 2723 S. Bartlett Ave, also known
as Lot 12 Block 2 in Jack's Place Subdivision. The parcel number is R4541760250. The
proposed project for CUP Application is requesting a food service use in an L-0 Zoning. The
plan is to put in a single user in a stand-alone 1550 square foot building that complies with the
original design by the subdivision developer. The lot is approximately 0.288 acres. The proposed
building and site plan contains eight parking spaces, one of which is ADA compliant. This
complies with city requirements (4 spaces required). The site already has existing sewer, water,
gas, and phone stubbed on/near the site.

HI my name is Jake. We spoke on the phone this morning. The property address is 2723 S. Bartlett Ave in
Meridian. It is a vacant lot that is zoned L-0 and we are proposing to put a food service company in as a single
user in a stand alone building. The user will be papa Murphy's, and there will NOT be a drive through.
If you could send me a confirmation that a traffic impact study is not required that would be great.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
