RE: Final Plat Application for Vicenza Subdivision Phase 2 Letter of Intent
Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members:
On behalf of my client, Cottonwood Investments, LLC, please accept this application for final plat for
the subject land development project.. Bridgetower Estates Subdivision is located west of North Ten
Mile Road and south of West McMillan Road containing approximately 9.34 acres.
The site is located in the City of Meridian with a zoning designation of R-4 and was preliminary platted
under the name of Volterra Subdivision. The site is bordered by a county residential subdivision to the
west and east and agricultural properties to the north and south. To the south and east is Bridgetower
Heights sub. 91 which was preliminary platted with this property.
The project consists of 10 common lots and 1 buildable lot for a total of 11 lots in this phase.
The common lots in this subdivision are to be owned and maintained by the Developments Homeowners
Association.
All of the lots in Vicenza Sub. Phase 2 front on public streets and will have access to public utilities
located within or adjacent to these Rights of Way. Sewer and potable water is provided to the site via
the existing lines installed in the previous development. Pressurized irrigation will be provided to each
lot in the subdivision. The pressurized irrigation will be supplied from surface irrigation water stored in
a pond located in a future phase. The system will be owned and maintained by the Homeowners
Association.
The submitted plans were designed to comply with the Ada County Highway District, the City of
Meridian Unified Development Code and acceptable engineering and survey practices as defined by
local standards.
