the subject property.
In accord with UDC 11 -6B -8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one year to complete the following tasks:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and
d. Provide a copy of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the
Director.
Upon determination by the Director that the final property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC 1I -

The water damaged portion of the rear fence must be repaired at the Plaintiff's

Each party must keep their portion of the property, between the houses, free of
debris (leaves, trash,. etc.),.and keep any planting trimmed to prevent
encroachment into the adjoining property;

The Plaintiff's will pay the Defendant; the sum of $3500.00;

The parties will each pay half of the mediation fees (total fees,:$420.00); and

Upon payment of the $3500.00, and the entry ofthe judgments; and the release-
of the lien on the Deed of Trust on real property, this case will be settled. A;
