Chinden Blvd in Meridian in a C -C zone. The proposed 2,799 gross square foot restaurant is located in the Chinden & Linder Crossing Subdivision, and will include a drive thru service window. The surrounding sites are a planned Primary Health to the west; single family residential to the north; vacant land to the east, with Fred Meyer and associated fast food and retail uses east of Linder Road; and vacant land directly south of Chinden Blvd. The building is oriented towards Chinden-Blvd. and has been placed at the south end of the site maximizing the buffer between the building and the residential use to the north. The drive-thru entry is located on the west side of the building creating a separation between the drive-thru and the parking area. The drive-thru window is located on the east side of the building which helps to maximize car stacking.
