White Water Saloon in Meridian is wanting to expand into an adjacent tenant space. The City of Meridian requires drinking establishments to apply for a CUP when expanding by more than 20%. The CUP application asks for "written confirmation that a traffic impact study or change of use is not required, or has been accepted for review by ACHD."
