We have reviewed the staff report for the Calderwood Business Park and are agreement to the recommended
conditions in Exhibit B.
And just to clarify, as we discussed in Item 1.1.E: the phrase “sales and service” is part of the “equipment rental” use,
not a separate prohibited use.

Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
Calderwood Business Park rezone, conditional use permit modification and vacation application (RZ-15-002;
MCU-15-001 and VAC-15-002). These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on 04/28/15 . The
public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail
with any questions.
