Subject: Narrative
We are a martial arts studio owned and operated by Jim and Heather Neitzell. We teach children of all ages martial arts
thru life skills, equipping them with bully prevention tactics and strander danger defenses. We also offer few adult
classes as well. Our goal is to make a difference in each child's life, building their self confidence and self esteem so they
can strive in our community. We have been in the Meridian Community for over 8 years. Our classes are 4-12 kids per
class Monday thru Friday 2:OOpm-9:OOpm and Saturday 8:30am-2:30pm.
The location we are looking to occupy is 535 North Locust Grove Ste 120 where a previous conditional use permit was
approved for a children's dance studio it just expired November 2014.
