AGENCY & DEPARTMENT COMMENTS/CONDITIONS
1. PLANNING DEPARTMENT
1.1 Site Specific Conditions of Approval
1.1.1 The applicant will submit the required fee of $303.00 for the City Attorney's preparation of a
Development Agreement to incorporate:
a. Prohibition of direct access to N. Linder Road;
b. Conformance with the preliminary plat and submitted building elevations; and
c. Construction of a ten-foot-wide multi-use pathway along the White Drain within the subject
property in accordance with the Pathways Master Plan. However, the applicant cannot be

needed connections or improvements which are off-site.
d. The applicant respectfully requests a waiver from City Council to UDC 11-3A-6A in order
for the White Drain to remain open and not be piped due to the large capacity of the facility.
e. The applicant will comply.
f. The applicant will comply.
