Condition 2.2.7 states “Final Plat for this Subdivision shall be recorded, prior to applying for building permits”. We would like this revised to read “Final Plat for this Subdivision shall be recorded prior to issuance of the first certificate of occupancy”. There are essentially very little public infrastructure improvements for this small infill project and it takes quite a while to get the final plat recorded due to agency backlog. We would like to be able to get started with the building construction as soon as possible. The revised building elevations are forthcoming, but again we accept your requested changes. FYI - My kids have a school function tonight I promised to attend. Can’t break that. Shawn Nickel (SNL Planning) has graciously agreed to cover tonight’s meeting for me.
