PH Noticing - CC CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 05, 2015, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications AP 15-001 by White-Leasure Development Company request for City Council Approval of a reduction in the buffer width required in the C-G zoning district to residential uses as allowed by UDC 11-3B-9C.2 for Sonic Drive-In at Paramount generally located at 4936 N. Linder Road, in the SW'/of Section 25,Township 4N., Range 1W. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is also available to view on our website at www.meridiancity.orq(see attached instructions). Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax(208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
