A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 4:45 p.m., Tuesday, March
17, 2015, by Mayor De Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, David Zaremba, Luke Cavener, and Keith
Bird.
Others Present: Ted Baird, Jaycee Holman.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and start this evening’s meeting. For the record it is
Tuesday, January 13 th . I will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 3 is adoption of the agenda.
Rountree: I move we adopt the agenda.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as stated. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(c).
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to go into Executive Session, roll call vote.
Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Cavener, aye; Zaremba, aye.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES. TWO ABSENT.

De Weerd: Okay. I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Bird: So moved.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: We have a motion and a second. All in favor say aye? Any opposed? We
are out of Executive Session.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
De Weerd: Motion to adjourn?
Bird: So moved.
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: All in favor?
MOTION CARRIED. ALL AYES.
