You were concerned about automobile lights at the order board drive-thru lanes. We have increased the width of the far east landscape island from a minimum of five feet (5') to a minimum of ten feet (10'). This will allow for a two foot (2) berm and a six foot (6') high sight obscuring fence to be installed within the island. We originally planned to match the wooden fence that you built along the drive isle adjacent to our site, however to further mitigate your concern we have upgraded the wooden fence to a split -face block wall. B. You were concerned about noise from the speakers located at the order boards. We feel the block wall will be an appropriate sound buffer between the two projects. In addition, there are volume controls on the speakers and we will adjust them to the minimum allowable for Sonic to operate its business. C. You were concerned about the lighting throughout the entire project. Sonic employs "Dark Sky" lighting fixtures for all exterior lighting locations. D. You were concerned about the dumpster door being left open and looking unsightly. We have followed your suggestion and incorporated a side door to allow employees to access the dumpster without opening the front gates. E. You were concerned about traffic turning onto the drive isle and back into the project. The drive aisle is private and used by all patrons within the project and is covered by a cross -access agreement between all property owners within the Paramount project. P.O. Box 1277 o Boise. Idaho 83701-1277 0 7elephore (208) 345-1842 a Fax (208) 343-3143 F. You were concerned about the height of the canopys on the north and south side of the project. The canopy height is nine feet eight inches (9'-8") from grade to the bottom of the canopy and conforms to the height restrictions contained within the code. We hope the above alleviates the concerns that you have shared with us. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Sincerely, r Jeff Huber Representative White -Leasure Development Company
