Water and sewer mainlines are available for connection at E. Victory Rd. adjacent to the above
referenced property. Service Line extensions will need!sow,be constructed for this project. This
property will then be connected to the City of Meridianater and sewer systems.
This property is within the area of the City Urban Servce Boundary. Our water distribution
system can provide domestic water service, and the minimum required fire flow (1000 GPM) to
this development, and we can accept the sanitary sewage wastes for treatment at our sewage
treatment facility. These determinations have been made by use of a computer models
developed for our facility plans.
