Dear Sir or Madam:
The Silver Oaks Subdivisio will be served by the City of Meridian's sanitary sewer and water systems.
Mainlines will be installed during the development of the project and the City of Meridian will accept ownership
and maintenance responsibil ties of the water and sewer systems if they are constructed to our standards.
This development will be wit in the area of the City Urban Service Boundary. Our water distribution system can
provide domestic water sere ce, and the minimum required fire flow (1500 GPM) to this development, and we
can accept the sanitary se .ge wastes for treatment at our sewage treatment facility. These determinations
have been made by use of a computer models developed for our facility plans.
