Dear Sonya;
We have reviewed the staff report for the Whitebark Subdivision No. i final plat.
We understand and accept the site specific conditions i through 12.
We have made one change to the application. Please see the attached setback
exhibit. We have renumbered the lots on this exhibit. Please note that we are
requesting that lot 3 on the exhibit take access from the public street and not the
common driveway. 3 lots will take access from the common driveway, lots 5, 7
and 8.
