With regard to Paramount Southeast applications RZ-15-001, PP -15-002 and CUP -15-002, we have reviewed
the staff report and are in agreement with the analysis and recommended conditions, and concur with staff's
recommendation for approval.
Please note for the record, however, that we will ask the Planning & Zoning Commission to "temper" staff's
request for removal of the service drives (Condition 1.1.13.d) by acknowledging ACHD's approval thereof
(Condition 7.1.8), by recommending that the City Council concur with ACHD and grant a waiver to UDC 11 -3A -
3A.
