ILS —I O I /5 BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER, MILAM, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A 5 -FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY, DRAINAGE, AND IRRIGATION EASEMENTS LOCATED ON THE INTERIOR LOT LINE OF LOT 17, BLOCK 11 OF JAYKER SUBDIVISION NO. 1, IN THE NE I/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS; on February 3, 2015 the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on the vacation of a portion of 5 -foot wide public utility, drainage, and irrigation easement located on the interior lot line of Lot 17, Block 17 of Jayker Subdivision located north of Chinden Boulevard and east of N. Jayker Way the northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That a portion of 5 -foot wide public utility, drainage, and irrigation easement located on the interior lot line of Lot 17, Block 17 of Jayker Subdivision located north of Chinden Boulevard and east of N. Jayker Way the northeast '/4 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, are hereby vacated. A copy of the necessary relinquishment is attached as Exhibit "A". Section 2.
