Dear Bill:
Please find attached, our submittal packages for the vacation of easement and property
boundary adjustment, along the lot line between, Lots 27 & 28, Block 6, Reflection Ridge
Subdivision, Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Meridian,
Idaho, comprising of tax parcels R7383420530 & R7383420540. Lot 27 is owned by Zach Evans
Construction and Lot 28 is owned by Syringa Construction, LLC. A warranty deed and an
Affidavit of Legal Interest for each party affected is attached to this application.
The vacation of easement and property boundary adjustment are being requested due to the
fact that the structure was constructed within the required city setback and easement area,
thus requiring the lot line to be relocated and the easements to be vacated. This request is for
the vacation of the entire 10' easement (5' on each side of the lot line) and adjustment of the
lot line at the front property line, decreasing lot 28's frontage and increasing lot 27's frontage
by approximately 3.5 feet.
