Southridge Estates Sub - Noticing
Jason/Tamara,
Because this project was originally scheduled to be heard by the Commission on November 18, 2014 and has been
continued since that time, we feel it's necessary that the public hearing notice sign(s) are updated at least 10 days prior
to the hearing and a new affidavit & pictures of the posting are submitted to the City. Additionally, a re -notice fee
should be paid to the City in the amount of $183 to cover the cost of mailing out new hearing notices and publishing a
legal notice in the newspaper.
