We had anticipated that the architectural guidelines for Southridge Estates would be available by today. In fact, creating
these important guidelines for the project is taking longer than anticipated.
On behalf of the applicant, please accept this request to table the application again at the Planning & Zoning
Commission hearing on February 5, 2015. To allow us adequate time to complete the guidelines as envisioned, we
request the application be tabled for four weeks — to March 5, 2015.
I appreciate your assistance with this matter, and look forward to presenting the application at the March 5th meeting.

On behalf of the applicant, I am writing to request that the abovereferenced applications associated with the Southridge
Estates Subdivision - which are scheduled to be heard on January 15, 2015 - be tabled until the next upcoming Planning
& Zoning Commission hearing. We are requesting this additional time to complete the preparation of the supplementary
application materials — particularly architectural guidelines — which were requested in our previous meeting with the
Commission.
I understand that this next hearing date would be February 5, 2015. Please advise if that is not correct.
